[Abstraction]

Yeah a little TOO abstract especially for around here, that coupled with the fact it was an embedded movie it makes it hard to tell if any of the sequence was really done in flash apart from the preloader...

Out of curiousity though which version of flash did you use to import the movie?

Everything was made in flashMX some times ago, then exported as an embdded movie. I've just re-imported it (compress/resize), then put a preloader.

Worth protecting for the security tutorials alone... of course there's always google to get the information too, but who wants to use that when there's an easy to understand version right here which will probably join the tutorials collection?! Good effort displayed here and it's paid off...

This wasn't really a story, more of a fake looking competition but this was actually still a very refreshing concept for a movie! To the extent I wouldn't mind watching a series of these...

P.S player 3 rules! Though Blue had some skillz too at times...

Moving on because that was turning to a rant this actually wasn't very special... some fairly competant use of sprites but it wasn't even timed to the music -_- and don't tell me I need to lower the quality to get the right tempo of the movie either because 'my PC is shit' because it's not...

For a first movie you could have done far worse I guess though...

Unique for sure... an instant classic

Not bad at all, certainly a unique style displayed here with more then competant animation skills displayed with some interesting shot ideas I haven't seen before around here.

It's certainly worthy of the frontpage, but the people who have got this rated the best on the portal are overly praising your work, just treating this like thier latest new candy... they'll grow bored and then overly priase something else in time which is the real injustice.

I only hope for you that this keeps a place in the top 50 which is what it truly deserves

Good update of the old love triangle gag... although the way the detail on the girls completly dwarfs the rest of the movie makes is not quite as good as it could be and also gets me wondering what was going through your head while drawing the girl parts...

Possibly distracted you were methinks... still I suppose we all go through that "shit I can draw girls hot!" phase... 'boys will be boys' as they say... and i'll probably be guilty of doing something like that in the future.

To sum up... good job only next time try and balence the animation more rather then obsessing over the 'fairer' sex...
