I honestly espected you to break out black eyed peas where is the love on this but that didn't happen, so points for not being predictable there. I was never involved with the clock crew per say, although I have talked to coolboyman on a few occasions the thing with the clock crew is it remind me a lot of newgrounds, because the bad rep can often outweigh the good a lot. Until I saw this I was actually considering doing a very witty but hurting to you guys B the movie parody, but seems to me you guys have enough problems already without me kicking you guys when you're already on the floor... all I can say is whatever good the clock crew stands for needs to be found again... otherwise my original negative thoughts about you guys will just be proven right >.>

Also, feel free to do that movie. Nobody cares about the clock crew once was. Very few people will care.

Finally a Sonic parody that isn't done wih sprites!

This is just like newgrounds sence of humour too, moments of comic genius one moment "who the fuck's idea was it to put powerups in TVS anyway", then actually quite disturbing moments the next any more down the 'David firth' route of humour and I was going to think you were as messed up in the head as he is. I think you just about got the balence right here to get away with it though making the funny parts stay in your mind outweighing the wtfs...

just you die hard sonic fanboys out there steer clear of this one, I can sence hate mail coming from such newbs... ^^;

Hell I've been waiting for this kind of movie so long I'm going to fave this and I NEVER fave star, clocks, locks, cocks or whatever you wanna call them movies... coolboyman's gonna cry laughing when he sees this if he hasn't already since he quit this crap... as for anyone with their knickers in a twist right now over this... cry me a river... losers...

well there wasent much room left on the screen so the gun was up just so the end wasent off sceen, also you cant masterbat with a gun also he was NOT turning the safty off

[The History of Animation]

Noble effort but bloody hard to pull off well...

This was a quality idea for a movie but an epic task to cover everything on, (the comment about we'll concentrate on american animation didn't exactly help either XD)

I would have been more surpised if you covered everything, probably the main thing you missed that hasn't already been said is how 2D animation is being replaced by 3D because once the character models are made the amount of shortcuts they can take is almost criminal! As well as the amount of people now immitating the japanese animation/manga style now, because when it was first accepted it was possibly the freshest thing the animation community had seen for some time as if throwed the convential rules of mostly fairy tale lovey dovey story telling out the window...

I can only stress again this was a noble effort for a tribute to a subject that without, this website would not exist; but it was too big for the efforts of just one person.

Understood. I figured it was best to focus on the history of it, not what's happening right now, because that doesn't need a report for people to realize it. Maybe if this was a collaborative effort, other people could make this more complete.

As soon as I saw this on the frontpage I got suspious... a parody on the frontpage?! Has someone finally made a hilarious parody to an over rated movie!? The answer is well hard to give really, true to the 'power ranger' style this has all the finese of some piss head school kids high on some drug or drunk from some booze they managed to get hold of trying to animate.

As strange as it is for me to say it though that's the first time I've seen a masterbation gag that actually fits where it's used! People seeing the ultimate showdown being like "OMFG! Look at all these famous peeeeeeeps YEEEAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!11" I could soo see some sad tards actually doing that! XD

Overall what to say in short really? A great idea but this was the wrong person for the job... it was probably just how daring this flash was that got it on the frontpage in fact; although from a 'power ranger' that's nothing new, you guys give a shit about anything.

All that's left to ask is if any other also random person had done this movie would it have still got on the frontpage? Because this is certainly not there based on your skill XD

Reminds me of when that comedy routine about men in public toilets was number 1... this says a lot about the bulk of the newgrounds community... who cares if the animation is mediocre at best? The song sells itself with omfg! chuck norris, power rangers, batman and... omg sooo many!!! Please...
I'm with Drajax on this one you had the song itself do most of the work for you... almost like a weird Al tribute really and that it not what animation is about, this is pretty good but not the best example of flash there is... >.>
