Tried to do this as asked on the author comments for my test idea http://pastebin.ca/1730100 the simple nature is part of the charm of this game and the prequel, it's a testament to how a good idea can be more important then visuals.

I never rated the original but I consider it the better of the two because of the variety of injokes, whereas this one seems a little smaller? Or maybe it's just me. Also as impressive as the create your own joke feature is, it's a little limited even on just how the characters look, but still great for a first version of it.

I've been wanting to see this project from the day it was announced completed. Either you dropped entire shots or you can still very much tell it's independant animators breaking new grounds (pun not intended) rather then industry pros, as some of the REALLY tricky shots like unscrewing her arms were completly avoided and also some strange shots where characters would be interacting but only one would be in shot, but I'm sure the majority of other newgrounds animators would have done the same.

The only thing I felt that really detracted from the movie however was something about the characters felt under developed compared ot Lucy, it's hard for me to explain, I guess it's more about their looks rather then their backstorys which were all solid.

This was the epitome of video game in joke humour. animation was reasonable enough, I got a chuckle out of it, but people who've never played the game before will barely follow what's going on xP

Pretty impressive port, I did notice slowdown but it's been so long since I seriously played this game I didn't know if it was in the original game or caused by other flash files running.

I do know how to get a pad to work on any game but it still would have been nice to have had controller support of some kind, or at least infinate continues to compensate =P How many times you continued shows up in your score anyway, so it's not like people could hide have many times they lost.

The only reason these movies survive the portal is because people of the internetz are lazy and horny, I'm not being abusive I'm stating a fact, downvote this review to further prove my point =P

Something about streetfigther doesn't seem as mainstream as other games I've seen made collabs of, but I'm saying no names =P

Beating fanboys with an award like this under your belt though, made it more then worth checking out your movie. I'm glad this got the highest award, the reason is now it's given it more public attention, it's hard to explain it's one of those kind of movies that would normally fade into obscurity even though it's good, because it's an original story, not something people would look on the internet for.

The textures gave the animation an extra depth to the style, sure it's surreal and sometimes basic looking, but you pulled off one of the hardest things to do in animation, tell a story without a single line of dialoge.

No offence, but unless you knew one of the sponsors personally this was never going to be sponsored, lets just say they don't have the same everything by everyone beliefs as newgrounds, but hey! Now I will bet money at least 1 website will steal this now it's been in the top 5! How's that for irony?

You got skills I won't deny that, personally I just don't find this kind of style creepy or funny any more, the ending actually felt like a cop out imo. The main humour probably would have come from how you handled the epic eggman battle... hey there's an idea... sequal?
