[Brawl Funnies [Dick 2]]

Well that was unexspected...

lmao at the kids who don't get the more subtle humour in these, humour doesn't always have to be served to you on a plate guys the same way not everything on newgrounds has to make you laugh =P

I was planning to review all 3, but this turned out to be much more epic in scale then I thought and miles better then the 3rd brawl taunts. Movie3 is garbage for obvious reasons, but the other 2 were good enough to make me watch twice... well either that or I've finally snapped x.x I'm glad people are finally realising cock jokes in parodys of parody movies are over done, because it made way for some much better ideas in these.

Personal faves were the gamer hermit sucide, metaphor 128, brawl smoothies, the awesome rtil intro and the tom fulp movie quality testing

Pretty funny for an April fools vid, weird because they normally look thrown together, good stuff.

Movie with a moral gets daily first? Awesome

Haters leave now, not everything on newgrounds is designed for you to just kill some time on, its"everything by everyone" no exceptions =P

The beauty of this movie was in the simplicity, normally in professional animation body shot poses are the first thing they get right, their early colourless planning sketches remind me of this movie's style. Add to that the use of the emicons in replacement to a face and you've made something that is both modern and could be understood in any language as long as you translated that final caption.

Now that I think of it, that final caption in multiple languages at the end would have been a brilliant finishing touch, the only other possible way you could improve this would be to stylise it even more somehow, but that's just nitpicking.

No idea what the haters are talking about because the whole of parody loving newgrounds should take note from this especially the anime haters, because that was how you do an anime parody.

Finding all the little things that makes anime funny for all the wrong reasons, retarded and/or disturbing and putting it in a blender. Hell this even made an attempt at original characters which is the least I can say for most other movies on this subject matter...

Not sure what to say that hasn't been covered by the other reviews, I know you've upped the requirements to be accepted (no more sonic crashing into things jokes) and it shows, because this edition was the most I've lol'd I think since the original.

I don't even need to look at the reviews and I know at least 1 fanboy thinks this was made by egorator, such is the state of the whole 'AWESOME' movie themes right now.

The awesome movies are being done to death, but this is one of the better movies I've seen, finding the humour behind parts of the subject matter is what made this series so popular in the first place. You wanted critique so you will get it and apart from jumping on the awesome bandwagon, the main flaw with this movie was easily the sound, learn some better sound editing especially how to use noise reduction for next time x.x

Actually, I've read every review so far, and not a one thought I was him, rather either praised it for being an awesome-sauced movie that's NOT by Ego, or disagreeing with it being in the awesome-sauced sub-genre altogether.

In hind-sight, I should've detached it from the bandwagon, but at the same time, it got my second submission I've ever made into a collection that has made it easier to view for people who are just casually browsing the site.

Awesome-or-not, this flash was a good exercise, and gaining inspiration from the simplistic animating style of the VERY FIRST Metal Gear Awesome, I deemed the Awesome-genre to be a good test for my animating skills, as it wouldn't be too demanding, but it would be loose enough that I didn't have to follow a strict formula like the Madness series or something with limited artistic angles.

If the previous reviews are any indication, I think that was a good call. :)

Sound has been duely noted time and again, and I'm thankful for the reviews here that have brought that to my attention. I shant make the same mistake again! Thanks so much for the good review, man!

Egoraptor winz points for making fun of the whole concept a little, the swain sorta covers racism/excluding people, Stamper's was just plain random but this one is my personal favorite so it gets my review.

I'm going to take an optimistic view on this, but whether it's the truth behind this shape collection or not is another matter. What makes animation different from other art mediums is that the work put into the story concept, rather then the art quality is often more important. Maybe not to the artist's sense of accomplishment, but more how it effects other people.

I have to blame groups like the clock crew for all the negative reviews because of their reputation, but this shorts collection is inoffensive and just making a statement similar to the one I've made in this review (I hope? x.x)

I don't know why you're apologizing because I've seen far worse movies then this. The movie might be a bit surreal but it makes good use of shading on the characters on the close shots to give more depth(something a lot of starting out flash animators totally ignore) add to that some fairly competent frame by frame... yeah I don't see what you need to apologize for. Personally I just consider this kind of animation as experimental.

Quite possibly the best excuse to use "you are a pirate" ever, I could be all critical about the drawing but I won't since this was just made mostly for the lawls. The only thing I will say is it needed more pirated software examples for extra lolz.

No offense to you, but I'll be surprised if this survives the voting phase. Granted it's one of your first animations hence the animation quality, but it doesn't even really register as entertainment or thought provoking, which the average newgrounder is more likely to review this based on those factors.

Add to that this is a flash animation for an english show on a mostly American website and well... you get the idea...
